This is probably my favorite photo of Ozzy Osbourne. I don’t see the crazy rock n’ roll madman or the Prince of Darkness here. Just Ozzy.
As a member of the media, I was fortunate to obtain photo credentials and press passes that often put me up close to him, his bandmates and family. Great opportunities. Yet, being on the floor, the lawn, or up in the nosebleed section as a concert-going Black Sabbath fan—those times I will remember fondly.
